　　Responsibility This key position will report to the General Manager of theJV. Responsibilities include �}The new JV company will require implementation of financial control systems and procedures in conformance with our Group foreign company practice and procedures�}Responsibility for the correctness of all financial and management reports�}Follow up and analysis of product costing as well as functional and all other relevant costs�}Organization of the credit control function and supervision of all credit and collection activities�}Analysis of business trends and interpretation of the JV＇s financial results plus development of relevant measurements and feedback mechanisms to support business planning and growth�}Establishment and implementation of internal control procedures－also in JV branch offices�}Coordination of internal and external auditing requirements�}Prepare and present financial results at various management and board meetings�}Work in close cooperation with Accounting, Financial Reporting and Information System services provided by our Group＇s internal service provider�} To be proactive, with a core business and customer focus, making sure that red flags are highlighted and that action plans are put in place Requirements �}University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration�} At least5years experience working in finance and ／or a business control capacity�}Above average computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and ERP Scala will be a plus �} A strong concern for quality accuracy and orderly work�}Above average interpersonal skills�}Experience working in conjunction with a foreign company is a plus�}Fluent in Mandarin＆English spoken as well as written �}Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, good attention to detail, team oriented, ability to work well under pressure with a positive, proactive and customer－oriented approach.
