As a key action of implementing the overall plan of Qingdao and improving the city road system， Qingdao plans to sib road networks within areas that are1，408km away from the central district， and further improve the collection of trunk roads， to build a trunk road system that collected to each other while form self－own system and linked to other areas organically． According to the Qingdao central district road system plan released recently， the city also will build a secondary trunk and branch system featured with narrow and dense to improve micro traffic system．
The plan breaks down the limit of east coastal area of Jiaozhou Bay and takes roads in east／north／west coastal areas of Jiaozhou Bay all into consideration for a superhighway／highway system， which collects super highways and highways to integrate all roads in the area to form a6 vertical－6 horizontal road grid and radiates in rings centered by Jiaozhou Bay． The plan also made the Design Guide of Plan to Boost Bus－Privileged Road Development， Guide Research about City Road Networks Density and Grade Structure Plan Design， as well as the City Walk and Bike System Plan Design Guide． The Design Guide of Plan to Boost Bus－Privileged Road Development reinforced Bus－Privileged concept and mentioned add bus－privileged roads in addition to the current over170km bus special roads， and analyze the setting of bus stops and linkage of bus system and rail transport． The Design Guide of Plan to Boost Bus－Privileged Road Development points out the city shall build a bus special roads in available areas and add pedestrian high－pass， as well as ideas that improve the pedestrian walk based on sea／river coastal green lanes building． （Cui Wu）
2．2017 Qingdao International Cultural ＆ Creative Works Expo Week kicked off
A domestic highest－level cultural／creative works expo kicked off in Qingdao recently． Splendid relics that used to appear in noble families now show in front of common people with cultural and creative wings．
From1，962 pieces／sets of excellent cultural and creative products developed by the Palace Museum， over600 creative art pieces made by European artists， cultural and creative products from cultural bureaus of7 domestic cities／provinces， to integrating Qingdao elements such as the Fashion Shinan， Beautiful Laoshan， City of Film． From the15th to18thof December2017， the Qingdao International Cultural ＆ Creative Works Expo， jointly showed by the Qingdao Municipal Government and the Palace Museum， showed a unique view banquet that integrated historic culture and creative technologies for people．
Qingdao people Zhu Lingling and her family were attracted by The Panorama of Rivers and Mountains， Sea Life Drawings and Twelve Beauties Drawings when they walked into the exhibition area of the Palace Museum． They eventually bought the high imitation painting of Tang Bohu and mobile phone shell with the picture of gates of the Forbidden City． The Palace Museum sets up a600sqm exhibition area for cultural and creative products show， which gathers1，962 pieces／sets of excellent cultural and creative works （in258 kinds and22 series）， which can be seen， touched and felt by buyers．

3． Qingdao adopts“One River One Policy” for its14 key rivers
Qingdao started the making of river reservoir （lake） bug identifying and comprehensive management plan （One River One Policy） before to boost the long－term management work to rivers in Qingdao and provide a basis for scientific decision－making for their protection and management． Recently2017－2020 comprehensive management plan for municipal key rivers，14 rivers such as Beijiaolai river， Licun river， Baisha river， Wugu river， Jiaohe river， Xiaogu river， Moshui river， part of which supervised by Qingdao， were completed and passed review．
The good river reservoir （lake） bug check and making scientific comprehensive management plan laid a key foundation for long－term river management mechanism， and provides guarantee for boosting riverhead system and achieving real results． It can provide a support to build Eco－Qingdao that has flowing river， clear water， green bank and beautiful view．
